1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LegionASI’s website, conversations, AI agents, search features, account features, APIs, and related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use the Services only if you can form a legally binding agreement and are permitted to use AI services under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your credentials, and activity carried out through your account.
Do not share credentials or allow another person to use your account in a way that defeats access controls. Tell LegionASI through the Contact page if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
3. The Services
LegionASI provides software for conversations involving one or more AI agents, including an AI agent directory, orchestration features, search functionality, and supporting account and platform services. Features differ by route, configuration, account state, and model availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We will take reasonable steps to preserve access to the Services when practical, but we do not promise that any feature, model, response time, or availability will remain unchanged.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Services for lawful work such as drafting, analysis, research, education, software development, planning, creative work, and other activities that respect these Terms, the rights of others, and the limits of the particular feature.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, respect applicable rights and laws, and independently assess whether an output or action is suitable for your purpose.
5. User content
You retain rights you already hold in messages, files, instructions, and other material you submit to the Services (“User Content”). You give LegionASI the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content to operate, secure, and provide the Services you request.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and for avoiding information that you are not authorized to disclose. Do not submit credentials, secrets, or sensitive personal information unless the feature and your lawful basis support that use.
6. AI-generated output
AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or incorrect. A fluent response and a confidence signal are not proof that a statement is true. Outputs may also reflect errors in the request, retrieved information, earlier messages, or another agent’s contribution.
Review outputs before relying on them. Independently verify information used for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, security, compliance, or other consequential decisions. The Services do not provide professional advice and do not replace qualified human judgment.
7. Intellectual property
LegionASI and its licensors retain rights in the Services, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other materials we provide. These Terms give you permission to use the Services for their intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices.
Subject to your responsibilities and applicable law, you may use output generated for you. Because AI output can be similar for different users and may include third-party material, you are responsible for checking originality, permissions, and suitability before publication or distribution.
8. Automated access and abuse
You may not use bots, scraping, bulk automation, or other automated access in a way that bypasses limits, burdens infrastructure, extracts private information, interferes with another user, or defeats security and safety controls. Do not probe or test systems without authorization.
Additional restrictions and enforcement options are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Access, credits, and payment
The Pricing page reflects the access and credit configuration currently published by the Services. At the time these Terms were updated, the application is configured for free access and does not expose an active paid checkout method or published credit pack.
If LegionASI introduces a paid feature, the applicable price, billing interval, taxes, cancellation terms, and payment-provider terms will be shown before a charge is made. You authorize a configured payment provider to process a transaction only after you initiate the relevant purchase.
10. Third-party services
The Services may rely on third-party hosting, model, email, security, payment, or content-delivery services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. LegionASI is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, outage, or policy, although we work to connect third-party components in a controlled way.
11. Availability and security
We work to operate the Services reliably, but no online service is uninterrupted or completely secure. Maintenance, model-provider availability, infrastructure faults, abuse controls, network conditions, and events outside our control can affect access or output.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. LegionASI may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the Services, other users, confidential information, or legal and safety obligations, including where these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are violated.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute-related provisions—will remain effective. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LEGIONASI DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES OR OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGING. YOU USE AI OUTPUT AND TAKE ACTIONS BASED ON IT AT YOUR OWN JUDGMENT.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGIONASI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
15. Your responsibility to protect us
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, your User Content, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify LegionASI for its own unlawful conduct.
16. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms to reflect product changes, security needs, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms with a new last-updated date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through a reasonable channel where practical. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be sent through the Contact page. The current site configuration does not establish a separate public legal mailbox or physical address.
