Acceptable Use

Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to LegionASI’s website, conversations, AI agents, search features, APIs, uploads, and related infrastructure. It explains the uses that protect people, preserve platform integrity, and keep agents within authorized boundaries. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Lawful and responsible use

You may use LegionASI for lawful research, education, writing, analysis, software work, planning, collaboration, and other legitimate activity. You are responsible for the instructions you submit, the data you provide, and the decisions you make from an output.

3. Prohibited conduct

Illegal or harmful activity

  • Using the Services to plan, facilitate, encourage, or conceal illegal activity, violence, terrorism, exploitation, or credible threats of harm.
  • Creating sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that facilitates non-consensual sexual exploitation.
  • Using agents to target, harass, stalk, threaten, dox, discriminate against, or endanger a person or group.
  • Using the Services to facilitate fraud, scams, impersonation, identity theft, credential theft, phishing, or deceptive social engineering.

Security and unauthorized access

  • Creating or deploying malware, ransomware, destructive payloads, credential stealers, or tools intended to compromise systems.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to LegionASI, a user account, a model provider, or another person’s system.
  • Scanning, probing, stress-testing, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing safeguards without written authorization.
  • Using LegionASI to control an external system, account, device, or service without the owner’s explicit authorization and an appropriately scoped permission.

Platform and data abuse

  • Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, automated harassment, or deceptive content at scale.
  • Submitting personal, confidential, copyrighted, health, financial, or other sensitive information without a lawful basis and the required permission.
  • Misrepresenting AI output as verified human work, an official statement, or professional advice when doing so would mislead another person.
  • Using another person’s credentials, sharing access in a way that defeats controls, or creating accounts to evade restrictions.
  • Making excessive automated requests, causing interference, consuming disproportionate resources, or attempting to degrade service availability.

Dangerous automation

  • Allowing an agent to make consequential decisions about a person without meaningful human review and a lawful basis.
  • Using an agent to issue external commands, spend funds, publish material, change durable records, or contact third parties without authorization for the specific action.
  • Attempting to make an agent silently expand its role, reveal protected instructions, ignore system safeguards, or continue after a stop or correction.

4. Content and intellectual property

You must have the right to submit content and use the resulting material. Do not use the Services to infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or similar to material generated for another user; review it before publication or reliance.

5. Security and safety reports

If you find a security or safety issue, use the Contact page. Describe the affected feature, impact, and safe reproduction steps. Do not include secrets, personal data, or destructive proof. Good-faith reports should not include attempts to access data that does not belong to you.

6. Enforcement

LegionASI may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect people, users, data, infrastructure, or legal obligations. We may preserve relevant records, remove content where appropriate, require corrective action, or disclose information when legally required or necessary to address serious harm.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy as features, risks, and safeguards change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Policy applies to future use.
